Service Description

You'll receive a Quickbooks invoice for services that will allow you to pay with check or credit card. • A “party” is defined as each entity or person represented by its own, separate legal counsel, i.e. multiple plaintiffs or defendants represented by the same lawyer are considered one “party” • Mediation sessions that exceed the reserved time frame may, at our discretion, incur additional charges at the hourly rate of $500.00, equally split between the parties, and due immediately • Mediation fees shall be deemed fully earned at the commencement of the session
